Massage by Mia is led by licensed Massage Therapist Mia Rumbaugh, a massage therapy veteran of eight years. Mia went into the field of Massage Therapy because often having chronic headaches she knows first hand how Massage can alleviate the tensions and discomfort and she wants everyone to feel the healing power of massage also.
Mia attended Iowa College of Natural Health in Ankeny and worked at Massage Heights in West Des Moines for six years before breaking out on her own to establish her new business Massage by Mia on Ingersoll Ave.
Our massage clinic is different because it focuses on you. Instead of giving everyone the same treatment, we listen to our customers and focus on the areas that will need the most attention. This personalized treatment allows the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience possible. On the second page you will find a list and description of all the modalities Mia provides.
